You’ve done everything right. Evaluations, therapy sessions, home practice. And yet here you are, still waiting for things to click.

Most kids don’t need more of the same. They need someone who can find what’s actually been missed, and build a clear path to fix it. Sometimes that’s work we do directly. Sometimes it means bringing in the right Occupational Therapist (OT), Orthodontist, Ear Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT), or specialist. Either way, you leave with answers and a real plan.

Finally.

A different kind of practice.

We’re not a traditional speech therapy clinic. We’re a concierge practice built around one thing: getting you to the finish line.

With specialized expertise in speech sounds, myofunctional therapy, picky eating and feeding challenges. We work with children and teens with long or complicated therapy journeys, and families who are done settling for slow progress.

Small caseload. Deep focus. Real results.

For the sounds that just won’t give, kids who stutter, and the families behind them.

For the kids who live on five foods — and the families ready for more.

For the open mouth, the snoring, the tongue thrust — and the kid behind them.

For the clinician who won’t give up on their most complex cases.

You might be in the right place if…

  1. Your child has been in speech therapy for years with limited progress

  2. Your child is hard to understand and you’re not sure why

  3. Your child is a picky eater or has feeding challenges

  4. Your child has myofunctional (OMT) concerns like tongue thrust, open mouth posture, or airway related issues

  5. You want someone who will dive into the why, and know exactly who to call when the answer lives outside of our scope

  6. Your child or teen stutters and you want a clinician who goes beyond fluency drills and addresses the whole person

We primarily serve school‑age children, tweens, and teens. Select adult clients are welcome.

If you’re ready to see a difference, we’d love to hear your story.

Spots are limited — we keep our caseload small on purpose so every family gets the time and attention they deserve.

Meet Your Therapist

A woman with black hair in a chin-length bob, smiling while sitting on a cream-colored sofa with textured cushions, wearing a white sweater and dark green pants.

I'm Alina. I've spent nearly two decades as a speech-language pathologist specializing in speech disorders, myofunctional therapy, feeding, and the cases that have been hardest to crack.

I'm also a mom, which means I understand the weight of watching your child struggle, and the relief of finally finding answers.

Speechology was built around one belief: every child deserves a clinician who will dig until they find the real reason, and stay until the job is done.
